Both Brenda (call center) and Mike (technician) were courteous and friendly. My appointment was set up quickly and on the day set for the work, Brenda called when the schedule opened up unexpectedly. She asked if I wanted an earlier time. I did and it was nice to get the job done sooner than expected. Mike arrived on time and patiently answered my questions about the current job and what I might expect from the older furnace going forward. He also laid out various options depending on what might happen. Since I like to plan ahead and budget, his courtesy and expertise were much appreciated. Mike finished the job and we're set for the winter.
