We found Parzival on our local public square website in Costa Mesa. They were highly rated there. We called them on a leaking hot water tank. They came out ready to install a new one same day. We decided to go tankless instead. They installed the tankless WH the next day. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and the install was very clean. We even had an internal issue that was not their fault. They still came out with two service techs the next day to make sure everything was functioning. And, ready for this? There was no charge on the return. They really seemed sincere in wanting to make sure we were satisfied with their work. We would strongly recommend them to others. Very happy our my end.
