This place is poorly taken care of. The owner lives off site and put minimal effort in to the up-keep and maintenance of buildings and lawn. The laundry buildings are just nasty and the shower faculties, lets just say I will go else where. There is a strong presence of law enforcement due to high drug activity withing the park. After hurricane Irma came through the park was with out power and water 5-6 days. Someone had to call the Health Dept on them to get a generator out there to operate the well for water. Owner told tenants he had to get his home back in order before he would work on the park. SLUM LORD!!!
