called Weltman because of a leak under the kitchen sink, and Kyle came first thing the next morning. Turned out to be a manufacturing flaw in my very expensive, hands-free, kitchen faucet. I called the manufacturer while he waited (just in case they asked me technical questions, he would be able to answer). Happily, the faucet is under warranty, so I'm getting a replacement for free. A soon as it arrives, Kyle assured me he'd be back to install it. All plumbing issues should resolve so smoothly.
