technician came on time, completed job in a very reasonable time, making sure everything was clean. Explained what he had done, and checked. Gave suggestions on how to improve performance, and possible parts that might fail in the future, but did not pressure me to replace them, or buy anything extra, which was very impressive. Technician ensured that I had no more questions, and encourage me to call them back if I have questions or concerns. Price was reasonable. I appreciate their hard work.
