I hired Adam in October 2015. Paid him over $17k to finish my basement since. It's almost August 2016. He has promised me 8 different completion dates since March -- most recently, last Friday as the last one. Paid him for flooring in February and I still have no carpet in my basement. I am interested in hearing from ANYONE who has had similar or same issues from this premeditated liar and crook, Bowling.
