James B. Came out after calling ahead. Couldn't have been more pleased with service. Friendly, efficient even though we're not sure problem is totally solved due to not normal weather conditions, thorough, and informative. Fully explained what he had done and was clear that if problem was not resolved to be sure and recontact the company until resolved. Will ask for him if there is a next time.
