Paul with Tempo Mechanical came to diagnose and fix my AC. He was very nice, got right to work, got the unit going by replacing a capacitor, then checked freon level. It was low so he recommended a leak test rather than just replacing the freon. I agreed and asked him to check second unit. It was also low, so he checked both units and the evaporators in extremely hot attic. He kept a smile on his face, did the work, gave me the options, and recommended the one he thought best. So I'll be meeting with the sales team to determine costs to replace some or all of the unit. I commend Paul on being very professional and helpful.
