Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

We had a clog in the main line and on Sunday before Christmas and I contacted Atomic Plumbing for assistance. They immediately responded and sent out technician Randy C first thing Monday morning. Randy was very professional in his dealings with us and did exactly what the company had told us he would do. He introduced himself, requested the information we had on the problem, took time to get a good understanding of the house plan and where the clean outs were located. He told us that he thought he might already know what the problem was. He explained the company's process and told us what the flat rate would be if that was the problem. He then immediately got his tools and router out of his truck and began working to find the problem and eliminate it. He opened the clean out on the main line near the street and asked us to flush toilets and turn on all facuets to check the system which was not clear and working. He cleaned up the work areas and closed all clean outs. He then prepared the invoice with the flat rate price less a 20 percent senior discount and told us that if we have any problems to immediately give him a call and that his work was guaranteed 90 days. He thanked us for using his services and was on his way to his next job well before lunch. We have not had any problems and highly recommend Atomic Plumbing and especially Randy C's services. more

Atomic Plumbing Tech Jim Miller showed up in my emergency for a self-inflicted pipe break. He diagnosed the problem, gave a quote, and went to work. He answered all my questions in an honest and genuine manner. He fixed what another plumber years ago had done incorrectly that related to the pipe breaking. Our water heater broke Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called the company I have been using for years. They could not do anything until maybe Monday. I called Atomic Plumbing and an email was sent with a half hour and Ryan was there shortly after. Long story short, Ryan and another gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name??) had a new and improved water heater installed in less than 4 hours. I was amazed and they were extremely professional and effecient. A 10+ rating from us! more

Jim M was exceptional professional and did a great job fixing a major plumbing leak in my house that required an extensive and challenging repair. His high standards and willingness to come up with a solid solution to fix the problem are a credit to his profession. Explained every step of the process and ensured that I was fully aware of everything being done. His assistant, Eric T, was also extremely knowledgeable and personable and is going to be an outstanding Plumber when he finishes his apprenticeship. Found large puddles of water in our garage this morning due to our hot water heater leaking. Called Atomic Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day (less than a couple of hours after I called). After carefully inspecting the existing hot water heater, Jim Miller determined it needed to be replaced. He gave us several different options for us to pick from and he was able to get it installed the same day. He got to work on draining and removing the old heater while they were driving the new one over. All work was completed within a few hours and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Very satisfied with the work performed and glad they were able to come out the same day to help us get this resolved (and get the hot water back on). more

I called Atomic Plumbing to do preventive maintenance (snaking 2 toilet drains) because so many in our building have used them and highly recommended them. Justin D. and Trey were our technicians. I have been using Atomic Plumbing for over 20 years and continue to be completely satisfied, and often recommend them to others. On "black Friday", the scheduler was able to dispatch a technician who quickly determined the problem and methodically worked to resolve the matter. He talked through the repairs and cost estimate ahead of time allowing me to make decisions on various "options".
