Pan came to check my A/C through a promotion from Home Depot. He was very thorough in checking out my system --- explaining each step. He recommended a disposable filter for better performance. Pan ordered the filters and set up a yearly maintenance schedule (summer and winter). I was very impressed with his knowledge and his recommendations for combating airborne contaminants.
