Our AC died and we needed to have it replaced. Doug was sent out quickly to see what we needed. He reviewed what we had and then sat down and explained to my wife and myself all the options we had. He was very good at showing us not only the costs but the benefits of each options. We were able to piece together the best components to meet our needs within our budget. It is so nice to have some one you can talk to about what you need without feeling like they are just trying to sell you something. We believe Doug understood what we needed and then helped us to come up with the best solution for the best price.
