Called General Plumbing for a leaking water heater, since they had helped me in the past with fast great service. Shortly after Steve arrived, diagnosing the situation quickly and efficiently, took the time to explain the problem and solution providing me an estimate. The water heater is located under the stairs in a narrow uncomfable place, and what could have been a stressful situation Steve handled it with professionalism. He was very prompt and an extremely hard worker!
