Paul has serviced our AC & furnace for years. He is reliable, trustworthy and knows the products well. He is more like a friend now that we've had service from him for so long. We usually don't purchase service agreements but we did from Krinkie's. I feel it paid off in the discount when we did need something replaced. Our furnace also lasted 22 years! I would highly recommend Paul as well as Krinkie's.
