Bryant was the second company that came out when our furnace quit working in the house we had just purchased. We chose them because my girlfriend has used them in a service capacity for years and has been extremely pleased. The first company that came out quoted us one price that was non negotiable.
Bryant came out quickly, located our part and was willing to work with us on the price. In addition, Robert patiently explained everything he was doing, and walked me through the operation of our new thermostat. I highly recommend Bryant and Robert in particular.
