I purcahsed a home built by peth, huge mistake! Interior wood trim used as exterior trim, rotted in 1 year, tiles cracked, cheap quality everything. New homes built by him routinely fail inspection, latest failed inspection resulted in new roofs for several of his homes. He is very rude and arrogant, I gave him the opportunity to fix the issues and he said "sue me"
