The service great. Shane did a nice job explaining the problem with our de-humidifier (it was 20 years old and failing), and he replaced it the same day. He was friendly and cleaned as he went and before he left. I only wish I could have received a detailed explanation of the costs for the project i.e. parts, labor, etc. I asked but was told they only have "flat" prices. Given the age of our home, we signed up for the maintenance plan. The "included" services like annual furnace and a.c. tune ups as well as whole home plumbing and electrical inspections seemed worth it.
