Great service from Joe! He's done the annual checkups on our dear old boiler and has always been helpful and honest. He has never been pushy about replacing the old boiler; we always had confidence in his professional opinion about whether it was time to replace it. I appreciated his approach today after he found some major problems. He clearly described the problem and provided an easy-to-understand comparison of the costs and benefits of doing major repair vs. replacement. We look forward to seeing him again soon when he installs our new boiler!
