My mother had a water break in her kitchen on New Year's Day and I just can't say enough about Ron and his team! Ron and his team were quick, responsive and very professional in handling our emergency that could have been so much worse had they not arrived as quickly as they did!! Ron's attention to detail and care and concern were above and beyond. I couldn't have felt better about Ron, his team and Northeast Power Dry!! They assessed the damage, went over in detail what was going to happen, and most importantly worked well with our insurance. Thanks to Ron and his team, a really terrible situation was tolerable and we were left knowing that the home would be left dry and free of any contamination.
