John G. was on time. He was able to quickly diagnose my low water pressure problem and identify a potential issue with the city maintained water line. Before wasting time he had the city come out and inspect. The city then chose to replace a feed valve, which may have been ok, maybe not. This allowed John to focus on a smaller portion of the problem, and saved me over $500 in the process. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the high level of customer service
