our technician Rick was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His level of expertise was very impressive however, it was his true and sincere care about his customers that was above and beyond. He went out of his way to answer any questions and explain what was needed to fix our faulty air conditioner. His genuine passion for his work certainly was apparent.
