1.0 star rating 6/29/2015 Awful. Customer service representatives are incompetent or simply don't care enough to look up an address when scheduling. My address was not serviceable by this company however my warranty program assigned me to them. Although I am addressing it with my warranty program, the representatives at piedmont didn't realize for THREE days they did not service my area. For those three days I was told , we will call you with a lead time, your on our priority list.... Hmmm how am I on your priority list if you don't service my area!? Once it was realized I was told again my Robert we will see what I could do. Three days later thy still could not deliver service during 100 degree Weather. Disgusted with the lack of service. And lack of real action regarding this. Thank you for nothing. But thank you Excel Tech for coming out within 24 hours and fixing it promptly. Don't waste your time find someone else.
