My family and I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. All of the movers were very professional and hard working. The gentleman that assisted us with our quotes [Russell Thomas] was great, I really felt as if he was trying to make our quote as accurate as possible to prevent future frustration. My only complaint is that there was a mix up with the total the grand total at the end with the subcontracting moving company whom had said that our belongings exceeded 2000 pounds more than what was originally estimated, but in the end we were only charged the amount that we expected to pay. I am pleased with the overall service.
