what was suppose to be a simply 24hr dry clean turned into a 2 day event along with loosing my sons prom shirt complete nightmare! was suppose to arrive on Thursday evening along with the pants well pants arrives Thursday NO SHIRT till Friday at 4:30pm with my son exscpected to leave for prom at 4:45pm so us 45 min late my son was because of the lack of Zoots workers! woman dawn was a peach in the belligham store she tried her best the manger and big boss well unsatisfactory behavior along with no explanation on why but yet had no problem charging me full price for a service they couldn't follow thru on! I'll stick with the smaller dry cleaner company!
