what was suppose to be a simply 24hr dry clean turned into a 2 day event along with loosing my sons prom shirt complete nightmare! was suppose to arrive on Thursday evening along with the pants well pants arrives Thursday NO SHIRT till Friday at 4:30pm with my son exscpected to leave for prom at 4:45pm so us 45 min late my son was because of the lack of Zoots workers! woman dawn was a peach in the belligham store she tried her best the manger and big boss well unsatisfactory behavior along with no explanation on why but yet had no problem charging me full price for a service they couldn't follow thru on! I'll stick with the smaller dry cleaner company! more

we are talking about a company that bankrupt, and it shows in the product they do, they took a worst location and now its impossible to get there with out walking a mile, the service stinks, they lose clothes and the employees tell me to go down the street more

Great Purple Service!! 12/10/2005

So what does that mean?? I love their color purple and I love their service. I like that they give out bags for you to fill up and bring back. My orders were always ready on time. Who can argue with that? I liked being able to check on my order online to see if it was ready. Now that is extra service =) more
