We have used Bonfe for 2 years. This week our furnace was acting funny so I called to have it checked out. Turns out, a valve was clogged that should have been cleaned out during the fall tune-up, performed by Bonfe. They told me I wouldn't have to pay for it but then charged me $89 for a 'trip charge', I am still confused. In this type of work I would expect a company to stand behind their work and make it right. I will not use them in the future.
