A semi-annual maintenance check of my HVAC unit was done today by Josh Baker, of ARS/Rescue Rooter -- Durham. He was professional, technical compentent, and very personable. He spent time explaining the particulars on the age/specs of my HVAC unit and the means by which I could have it assessed for replacement by one of his colleagues. As he had come on an earlier service call last year, I was pleased to see him return.
