Jim did a great job of going through all options available to me. Found me some great rebates which allowed me to go with the higher efficiency furnace. The install guys were great too. They were both courteous and professional. They showed me all the features of the new furnace plus did a fantastic job on the install. They left everything in probably better shape then when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim or the installation crew to family and friends.
