Described what specific services needed to be done and let me select which I wanted. Had the part in his truck to install so that he did not have to do an additional visit. Was respectful and managed the payment efficiently. Seemed efficient and competent. Did everything that I expected and more. Definitely would be pleased to have him come again when service is required.
