We woke up this morning to no heat and it was -6 outside. I called the office at 7:30 and explained my problem. We had just had an inspection of our system 4 days prior. Initially I was a little upset, but we got first call service by 8:30 am. We had a bad igniter that had been replaced last year and was replaced again under warranty. Albert was our tech and he showed me the bad igniter and stated that he had never seen one that failed after only one year. He did a great job for us.
