Ryan was willing to go over different options as to where the heat tape would do the most good. The house has a flat roof and there is a patio cover that had all the ice cycles forming. Ryan was nice to explain the steps he was going through as he did the job. It took much less time to accomplish than I had anticipated and he left the patio clean and tidy. I'd recommend Any Hour and Ryan to anyone needing work done.
