Bought a "brand new" battery from O'Reilly and paid cash. A month later my car wasn't starting unless it was jumped. We took it back to O'Reilly's twice to get it tested and they said it was fine. We then took it to a dealership where they said I had a bad battery and it needed to be replaced. When the dealership called O'Reilly's to have them bring over a brand new untouched battery, they denied that I was even a customer (even though I have a rewards card with them and the receipt from the battery). After the dealership's manager finally convinced O'Reilly's to bring over a new one, that battery was perfect and charged much higher than the one they had given me. Please don't buy batteries from them as they may be pocketing this money and giving away older batteries.
