Jon from Morris-Jenkins came by, was on time, extremely courteous and professional and got my heat working quickly! If you simply want your heat fixed, Jon can get it done but I'm also one of those home owners that wants to learn and Jon talked me through everything he did the entire way (meaning I was a PITA but he was still polite and professional). I don't have previous experience with any other contractors, but I am very satisfied with the work Jon did and would highly recommend him (and therefore Morris Jenkns). Stay warm!
