I am hard pressed to rate Morris Jenkins a one. They appear customer and client oriented, but it is only part of their game strategy. Bottomline, The techs do not stand by their work performance, and rarely does the same tech return to diagnose and repair your unit. Parts are extremely expensive, prices inflated. For example, they quote the cost of a control board for a Goodman unit at 900 dollars, then if you elect to participate in their preferred client program the price reduced to 700 dollars. Guess what, you have just been robbed. The fair market value of a "mother' or control board is 130 on amazon, a defrost board is about 35. Yelp, that's a big difference from Morris' price quote. So, folks don't throw away your money like that, use for health care insurance, burial insurance, take two vacations to Rome, Italy. I cannot believe Morris Jenkins is still in business and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The company does not deliver as they say they will, they do rip you off. Poor substandard service and poor customer service. Outright dishonest company who cannot guarantee you "heating or air at any time of the day." After I cancelled my nearly 40 dollars a month maintenance contract, they sent me a check after I requested a month's reimbursement, and they also sent me a package just before Thanksgiving 2017. I thought, "it must be the control board, then I thought no way, Morris is too selfish, and thinks of customer only as customer continues to pay exorbitant prices for parts and services. Morris sent me a plastic duck that "quacks" upon every squeeze. Avoid quacks and save your money.
