Jesse B. was the service technician who did our annual tune-up on the furnace. He was very professional and detailed. Even after he finished I had an ongoing question about a vent in the bathroom and he got back on the ladder to get in the attic. He corrected the vent problem for me which I have had for months. He made recommendations for repairs but did not pressure us. He told us to think about it.
