Crown has fallen off three times. Unable to contact corporate to resolve billing issue. I was told my insurance would cover this procedure but it did not. Not to worry they said they checked with my insurance company and not to worry it would be paid. But guess what? It was not covered. They did not check with the insurance company they just told me they did. Now I have issues with billing and I cannot get ahold of a human being. I even sent a registered letter. I have called our answering service 8x and left a message no one has ever called me back. So now I'm thinking of small claims court. This is a bunch of BS...
