Immediadent

Crown has fallen off three times. Unable to contact corporate to resolve billing issue. I was told my insurance would cover this procedure but it did not. Not to worry they said they checked with my insurance company and not to worry it would be paid. But guess what? It was not covered. They did not check with the insurance company they just told me they did. Now I have issues with billing and I cannot get ahold of a human being. I even sent a registered letter. I have called our answering service 8x and left a message no one has ever called me back. So now I'm thinking of small claims court. This is a bunch of BS... more

I went in because I had a very bad cavity in one of my molars. The dentist showed me my x-rays and told me I also needed my wisdom teeth removed. She decided she was going to remove all five teeth (wisdom and a molar) at once. When the nurse came to numb me they, didn't give me any gas or anything, just drove a giant needle with novacaine in my gums, and went into another patients room to do his procedure. They had waited just long enough for the numbing to start wearing off when she cut into my gums and started prying my wisdom teeth out. I was in so much pain, but I was told "Its not that bad" and when I reached the point of crying uncontrollably she said she couldn't continue if I kept crying. She said I would have to go to an oral surgeon at OSU for my last widsom tooth. When I went they refused to pull it because it didn't need to be done, and told me I may end up needing a root canal after the damage she had caused to that side of my mouth. I lost my job because I couldn't get time off to heal on such short notice, and I couldn't eat solid food for 3 weeks because of the swelling and the pain. Sorry if this was graphic, but I suggest you stay as far away from there as possible. more

I lost a filling over the holidays. My dentist was closed so I called Immediadent. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00. I sat in a dirty waiting room for 90 minutes before I was called back. The assistant was very nice and did her job. As soon as the "dentist" came in I knew I was in the wrong place. All he talked about was tooth extractions. My teeth were fine except for the filling that I lost. This now explains why I saw 3 people leave that had teeth pulled. I don't know if Medicaid pays more than private insurance but this guy was on a roll pulling peoples teeth. I again explained that my filling fell out and I would like to have it fixed. This went way over his head. I then got up and left and told them to never contact me. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Very poor facility and the dentist was awful. more

I went to the Immediadent on Tussing due to an emergency of course, I only had to wait 20 minutes which is less time than I wait at my usual Dentist office, I needed a root canal done. The Dentist ( Dr, Kareth ) and the staff were wonderful, they kept me informed on what was going to happen through out the entire procedure. People need to remember Immediadent is for emergencies only and should not expect to be seen in a timely manner, just like it is stated at you PCP office, you may not be seen in the order you come in. If I ever have another emergency I would have no problem going to the one on Tussing Rd. more

Don't do it. I had to go four times to get two small cavities filled and a cleaning because they failed to keep the first two appointments I scheduled. Finally, at the third appointment, I got my cavities filled and I was numb for five hours after I finished which was two and half hours. To top it off, my jaw was in pain from being yanked open unnaturally wide. I've had cavities filled before and it never took that long or that many people to do it (3 people doing a different part of the procedure) or that much pain after and that amount of numbing. Then they tried to bully me into a $238.00 deep cleaning instead of the one my insurance would cover. Just ridiculous. more

Stay far, far away. I went in on a Sunday with extreme tooth pain, my regular dentist was not able to come in for an emergency so I went to Immediadent hoping to get relief. Upon arrival I was told that because I didn't have an appointment I would be taken "in between" appointments. I waited for about 3 hours...when I was finally taken back, they took an xray of my tooth, the dentist came in, poked at my teeth said she didn't see any problems, gave me a prescription for vicodin and sent me home, she said it was probably my "sinus infection" (I was already on antibiotics for this issue), she advised to finish my antibiotics and take the vicodin when I couldn't stand the pain. I suffered with this unbearable tooth pain until Thursday when I called my dentist and went in, he took xrays, checked my teeth and immediately started a root canal. Immediately after the procedure I felt 100% better. The pain, GONE. It seems like the dentist at Immediadent was more interested in ordering a calzone for lunch than handling my root canal. She cost me a lot of pain and suffering and a few days of work that I had to miss because I was vomiting from the vicodin. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. Stay far away, call other dentists and see if they can come in for an emergency, but don't go to this place. I called to complain and was told to call corporate, I have been calling them for 3 weeks, no response...go figure. more

I went to the one on howe ave in cuyahoga falls and i will never again go tjere i asked to get a very rotted tooth pulled the dentist wouldnt do it hw said he wanted to put a cover on my completely destroyed tooth I figured he knew what he was doing so I let him do what he wanted now the cover to my tooth is broken and my gums under the tooth is swollen and it feels like a ball is inside my gums it hurts to eat because food will get stuck in my tooth and it is so sensitive I can't eat hot or cold well has to be room temp sometimes that even hurts never go there worst choice ever. more

Currently at the two hour mark for my wait and I haven't even left the reception area yet. How can you call your self Immediadent or Urgent Dental Care? I am sitting here in agonizing pain just waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting... Horrible place, I will never come here again. more

I wish it were an option to give this place a -ZERO- rating.... the wait takes FOREVER. The dentist is no nice. They never sent any information to my insurance company about my claim when they had asked for it from the dentist office TWICE. The one time I called in to dicuss the problem the "oh so helpful" receptionist gave me a corparate number to call which never called back..... hmmm... I myself had to contact my insurance company to find out what kind of information they needed to process my claim so I would't be stuck with an outrageous bill. WOW almost 5 months after my procedures and the dentist office is failing to send info to my insurance.... NEVER EVER AGAIN.... more

Ok so i went to the clinic on Arlington rd. in akron ohio to get a tooth pulled well that was the plan and let me just tell you they destroyed my mouth i seen a arabic dentist and he was telling me how he wanted to give me a root canal but at the end of he day id be paying 500$ out of my pocket to just get it done which i could not afford at all so i resumed to tell him i wanted him to just pull it and then he asked me if i wanted him to remove m impacted wisdom tooth and i said to him that another dentist told me " i was suppose to get it removed by a oral surgeon" but he tells me he could do it with no problem so i decided to let him after being kinda pushed into it with no time to really think about it so he proceeds to numb me in the tooth i want to get pulled and the wisdom tooth he was going to be extracting so he leaves for five minutes and comes back to start working on my wisdom tooth automatically i told him i felt it but to make a long story short he numbed me up to 8 times and i still felt it but he still proceeded to do the work while im sitting there screaming owwww!!! and then he moves to the other tooth which he had to renumb me because by the time he was done taking the wisdom tooth out it had already wore off on the other tooth so he starts to work on that one and is so extremely ruff i finally get done and leave and about a hour later i was in so much pain i could barely keep my head up mind you i have a 3 year old and a newborn i just had on may 22nd 2012 i cant afford to be in this much pain i had to take 2 percocet just to relieve some of the pain but about 2 days later i was still in so much pain i went back to the dentist for them to tell me i have dry socket they cleaned it out dreszsed it and its been a week and i am in still in a horrible amount of pain and i will probally have to go to the hospital because they told me im still just healing bullsh*t i am its been 2 weeks i should be in some kind of reliefe and i fill it like its happend esterday screw all Immediadents they all suck!! more

I normally don't write reviews but I had to write this one. I had an Appt at 12 40pm today and came in 20 mins early thinking I would be leaving early. I couldn't be more wrong. I waited for an hr, walked up to the receptionist and she said to wait for 30 more mins. I waited 1 more hr and I had enough. I told them that I was leaving and requested my money back. Even my money was short by $11.00. Never go to this place. It's the worst ever. They also have lot of hidden fees. more

Don’t even consider this Company. Just to walk in as a new patient there corporate office requires you to have all of your teeth x-rayed, whether you need it or not. $109.00 bam. Then you get the X-ray you need $28.00. $75 more for a 5 minute exam, By a doctor who is very under qualified, well maybe not all of them I only seen one. Dr Calimlim. The receptionist told a lady in front of me $87.00 for an exam for her daughter, so I never ask for a price to be seen. After the fact, It was quite obvious the receptionist was trying her hardest to not let you know about the hidden costs. After the 2.5 minute through exam , I was told my tooth needed extracted. $175.00 additional. I ask the Dr, if he could relieve the pressure and give me an antibiotic so I could get a second opinion. The Dr replied the only way to do that, once again was to extract the tooth. So I decided to keep the tooth and get another opinion. I proceeded to the receptionist to get the shock of the $213.00 for the entire 5 minutes I was seen. I left went straight to a different Dentist office for another opinion. The next Dr X-rayed the bad tooth, flushed it out gave me a prescription and told me to return in three days at which time he would fix my tooth, all for the low cost of $89.00. He explained that the other Dr was probably only qualified to do the extraction or he just wanted toe get the quick $175.00 in addition to the $213.00 I already owed which I was not aware of yet. I was worried about my tooth because once it is gone it is gone. Dr Calimlim was worried about his Sunday plans and his wallet. This particular office is a disgrace to the business community of Columbus Ohio and should not be aloud to practice in our lovely city. more

My husband went there for the first time,and we had an appt but still had to wait 2 hrs..then when the dentist did see him he numbed him and came back like and hour later to do the work and it was wore off..Then two weeks ago him and his two kids went to get some fillings...Well my stepdaughter can out with her jaw the size of a baseball...He had to take her to childrens hospital...The dentist had hit a nerve when he was poking arount to give her a shot...and then they puled my husbands tooth and did a filling and well its 2 weeks later an they are both still in a lot of pain...So he went back and they said ohh well i dont know why the dentist gave you a filling you need a routcanal...So he starts doing that and then decides its to late they are gonna have to pull it...Well his mouth is killing him sooooo.. bad..both my stepkids mouth still hurt to from getting a filling...it should be a little tender the next day but not in pain for 2 weeks...And before they will admit they made a mistake they will tell you its your teeth that are bad let me pull them....Soooo please go somewhere else..Got to someone who will take time on you and not work on 5 people at once...and who is going to tell you the truth and not lie to you......THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!! at least the one in reynoldsburge is!!! more

Immdiadent in Reynolds burg is dirty office. The wait is horrible!!! Please only use this office if you really have a dire need. Most of the patients are Medicaid and /or people who do not usually go to the dentist. The staff are pleasant but you get a sense they are over worked and short staffed. Stick with a private dentist if you can. more

After years of neglect (My parents never took me or my sister to the dentist) and lack of dental coverage, I had finally gained the insurance for me and my family. I figured, I'm 30...after 6 kids and the neglect I needed to see a dentist pronto! I had serious brittle teeth, cracked front teeth due to lack of calcium and wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled. I got in contact with Immediadent in my area and started treatement. I've had numerous fillings, 3 wisdom teeth extractions and in 2 weeks will be having more teeth extracted with partial over partials done all in the same day. During one visit that they had a hard time extracting one wisdom tooth, My blood sugar dropped quickly and I began shaking, sweating, feeling light headed and like I was about to vomit. the doctor calmly walked out of the treatment room and yeleld at his assitants to get a soda or juice for me NOW. they rushed me back a cup of sprite and i started feeling better quickly. I got a call the next day to check on me and to see how I was doing! I couldnt believe the level of service I received from this office! I am now following the same dentist to northern Columbus because I now only trust him and his care!! Don't hesitate using Immediadent for routine or emergency dental needs!! more
