Rojo was used as a contractor on a house we just purchased. After the initial home inspection, many of the items that needed to be repaired were done improperly. Many shortcuts were taken which resulted in the inspector having to make return trips to the property. And when the ispector pointed out these items repaetedly Rojo just made excuses and challenged the inspector. We also just had to have the toilet ripped up in the master bathroom because he failed to properly install it after putting ceramic tile in which lead to the toilet leaking through to the sub-floor and into the basement. We contacted a plumber via our home warranty and once the toilet was removed, he found that the a new wax ring had not been put on the flange before reinstalling the toilet. To add, Rojo was asked to shim the toilet to remedy the fact that the toilet was not secure. He used a piece of plastic which I photographed and a large amount of caulk. Since thwn, we have had a qualified plumber out to do the job correctly and everything is working properly. I would not recommend Rojo's Renovation to my worst enemy. His lack of care and technique are very visible in multiple areas of our new home. I also have picture of all the work and the repairs to correct it.
