I bought a Kia Sorento. Really like the vehicle. Sales service was so-so. After the sale, the service was awful including the salesman who was ok up front. I gave them many chances because I had many issues and it just kept finding a new bottom. I would suggest not going to this dealership and try another Kia dealership. I wish I had trusted my gut and just left. I gave them to many chances.
