I have an 8 month old chihuahua. I've taken all three of my dogs to Banfield religiously my whole pet parent years. No. Never ever again. They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. My dog has a compromised immune system due to inbreeding (thanks to another vet who SAVED ME DOGS LIFE DUE TO THE INDESCRETION OF THIS VET). My dog had a super bad chest infection but they wanted $400.00 in tests and claimed it was intestinal upset and a blockage. That his chest rattling and is just in his throat and we wouldn't be able to hear it. My dog almost died. He was weak and unable to breathe and because we couldn't pay 400.00 of unnessesary tests my dog almost died. He had all these symptoms and even a fever and they sent us home with no antibiotics or anything. Finally we took him to another vet where we got three injectable antibiotics, three take home antibiotics, and critical care food. The vet knew what he was talking about and instantly knew my dog was imbred. He even gve us a discount on everything. A few days later my dog has completely turned around, but he may never get his bark back, due to losing it from the infection. I hate Banfield and they lost my trust. Don't ever go here. All they care about is money AND IF SOMEONE THAT WORKS THERE THINKS DIFFERENTLY THEY FIRE THEM.
