Unless you want to pay good money, in our case just under $2,000 to have your car problem TOTALLY UNRESOLVED, go somewhere else for service. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem with our BMW & told us we needed a new battery, when I informed them we had one and could bring it over, suddenly they back pedaled and said the battery now tested fine and didn't need to be replaced. Low and behold, shortly after getting the car back, we have a dead battery. They also refuse to do ANYTHING about refunding the $2,000 they took from us. The BBB is currently investigating our case & feels it has merit.
I only wish someone had warned us!
