My wife and I had our dental checkups at Simmonds for over a year now. My wife even had dental work done (such as fillings). This afternoon, both me and my wife were scheduled to go in for a routine exam. My wife could not make it, so I called and cancelled it. I was met with a lady who berated me and repeatedly asked me, why? she gave me a lecture on the waiver agreement I signed and cancellation fees. Keep in mind, I never said I wouldn't pay any cancellation fee, she just went off on a tangent. Anyways, I hung up on her and scheduled an appointment with Dr. William Glover next door.
