I placed an order with these folks. They said they couldn't use my logo and asked me to send them a different logo. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff. I cancelled the order. They charged me a $10 cancellation fee. Now their website says "No Fees for cancellations Pre-production". I spoke to some guy on the telephone and he continued to try to sell me something I didn't want and told me it's their policy to charge $10 for a cancelled order. I told him what the web site said and HE HUNG UP ON ME. Cleary an awesome company. If awesome means crooked.
