Neal is professional, confident, and quite knowledgeable. His demeanor made me feel comfortable with him in my home. In addition, I felt that I could trust him in my home and did not feel compelled to monitor his movement. I will recommend him to my friends. I pay a nominal price (about nineteen dollars monthly--my dollar sign key is broken) to have my air and heat checked twice a year. Additional perks are also given. The service is well worthy the price I pay.
