Went to get pictures taken of my 4 month old daughter and was very disappointed in the end result. The photographer was nice but very slow and inexperienced. She stated it was her first week and she was surprised she was by herself!!!!! So I was very patient with her because she was new. I used a groupon and ordered additional prints with a CD. She had to call the manager because she had no idea how to make the CD?! After she finally figured it out I went home to show my husband the few pictures of our daughter that I liked and I had the WRONG CD. I called and spoke with the manager and she was not apologetic at all and said your CD will be here for you when you come back. I had to go back again on my day off with a 3 year old and 4 month old to get my CD. I ask the photographer to check and make sure the right pictures were on the CD and the CD was blank and she stated I did not order any pictures yet I ordered and paid for pictures the day of my photography session!! This issue is still not resolved. I paid for a product I have not received and I would not recommend this studio to anyone. Horrible experience!!! Still trying to get my pictures or my MONEY back......
