I really do not understand how this "company" is still in business. Constant outages and horrible internet service. Maybe they are paying off the city council members because this makes zero sense. We are be treated as if it's 1990 & as if we are still the "small country town", as we once were. It's 2014 & every week there is an issue with the tv feed. On top of that, we have the slowest internet speeds ever. Although this will go unheard,we need more options here for service,& this company needs to just go away. I really do not want to speak with a customer rep,who sounds as if they just stepped out of Mayberry. Please give us more options Pell City.
