The staff really demonstrated empathy--although Ace Camp made it clear during my daughter's Intake that they were not a medical facility they most certainly responded to get her the medical attention she requested. I understand now that chemically addicted people may create many types of illnesses during their recovery (real or imagined) that may get in the way of the retreat counseling program you have there at Ace. I want to sincerely thank the Ace Camp staff for getting my daughter the medical attention she felt that she needed. Your reply was prompt and more than our insurance providers would allow us to handle since we are out of state.
