After two years of living in our home - it was infested with termites. Of course, warranty did not cover it. We got a specialist out to take care of the termites. He said there was no way our home was properly treated when being built judging but the termite infestation. The next serious issue we had was a lot flooding. For four years now they have done nothing but give us the run around. The warranty coordinator needs a class or two on customer service. She is very rude. Do not waste your time with these builders because it will be nothing but problem after problem.
