Dehaven Decorating is more or less a charity "business". He may do a decent job up front with an easy job, but that's only to get his foot in the door. I'm still trying to get him to pay me my agreed upon refund due to him quitting a job. He spent my deposit on another project (or personal use) and has been giving me empty promises for the last 2 months. STAY AWAY!!!
