The technician was on time, and sooner then expected with the slow driving conditions. The water heater and plumbing inspection was done in a timely manner and everything was thoroughly explained. The cost of any recommendations was prohibitive at this time. It cast too much last fall for a furnace tune up and getting a new water heater.
