Billy was the most attentive and knowledgeable technician we have experienced with Yes A/C. We had all new systems installed several years ago so we have had many service calls. Billy took the time to explain things and was very thorough. He resolved almost all the problems with our A/C and heating that many previous repairmen couldn't fix or were not willing to fix!
Unfortunately, I had to call and speak (complain) to a customer service agent prior to Billy coming out!
I will request him every time we need any service! He was Excellent!!
